(Acts 20:35) * Give and it will be given to you. (Luke 6:38) * Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life. (John 12:25) * Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it. (Matt 10:39) * I no longer live, but Christ lives in me (Gal 2:20) * First will be last and last will be first (Matt 19:30) * In the world but not of the world (John 17:14-16) * To save our lives, we must lose it. (Luke17:33) * To be wise, we must become fools (1 Cor 3:18) * To reign, we must serve (Matt 25:21 – Well done good and faithful servant) * If you want to be great (a leader), you must first be a servant (Matt 20:26-28) * To be exalted, we must first become humble (Matt 23:12) * The last shall be first.
